By using Rotanza, you agree to the following terms.
Description of service
Rotanza is a web app offering trip route planning, restaurant/hotel discovery, transit guides, budget calculation, reservation organization, and price tracking. Some features are limited on the Free plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro and Max subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and processed via Paddle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with your first Pro or Max subscription purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing support@rotanzatrip.com. Refund requests for later renewal charges are reviewed case by case. Refunds are processed through Paddle (our reseller) and typically appear on your card statement within 5-10 business days.
Data accuracy
Restaurant, hotel, and transit information is sourced from open data like OpenStreetMap and may not always be current or complete. We recommend checking official sources before making travel decisions.
Limitation of liability
Rotanza makes no warranty about the accuracy of information shown in the app or the availability of third-party services. The service is provided "as is."
